My recent stay at the hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the location was fantastic and the views were breathtaking, the condition of the rooms definitely needs some work. The staff was welcoming and attentive, but the overall experience was marred by outdated facilities. The value for what I paid wasn't ideal considering the issues I encountered.

The hotel has a fantastic setting near local attractions, and the generous room sizes are perfect for families. However, the cleanliness issues were hard to overlook, and the presence of bugs during our stay was quite frustrating. While some staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was marred by the pest problem that persisted throughout our visit.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the pool, allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying our balcony. Unfortunately, there were cleanliness concerns, including dirt on the air vents and inconsistent cleaning.
Service
6.0
While some staff members were friendly and accommodating, dealing with the bugs was a significant drawback. We appreciated the offer of waterpark tickets for our inconvenience, but it didn't fix the issues we faced during our stay.
Location
9.0
The location is absolutely perfect for getting around. We were close to many attractions, and the convenience of walking to nearby locations was a definite plus.
Dining
7.0
The on-site dining options were decent, and we enjoyed the pancake special offered upon check-in. However, additional dining information could have been clearer since some expected options were unavailable.
Facilities
8.0
The pool facilities were excellent for families, allowing easy access from certain rooms and catering well to children's needs. That was a bright spot in our stay.

I had a decent stay at the hotel with nice mountain views and a clean room. The location was super convenient for walking around town, but the room could use some updates. I appreciated the friendly staff, but a few maintenance issues in the room put a damper on my experience. The setup made it a bit tricky with the hills around the property, which was a bit of a hassle, but overall I'd still consider coming back, just in a different building next time.

Rooms

The room was spacious and clean, but it felt quite dated and lacked a dresser, which was odd. I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

The hotel has a charming vibe with spacious rooms and cozy amenities that make for a pleasant stay. However, it could use some updates, particularly in terms of room condition and bathroom fittings. The outdoor pool was a nice feature, but some noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome. Overall, it was a decent spot for a getaway, especially if you're planning outdoor activities.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are quite spacious, featuring two queen beds that were comfortable enough for my stay. However, they do show signs of age and in need of a little refresh. The bathroom could also use some attention, particularly the faucet area. I'd rate the room quality a 6/10 for needing some upgrades.
Service
8.0
The service was commendable, with staff being responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the quick response when I texted for additional supplies. They even provided a nice little map of the area to help me navigate. I would give the service an 8/10 for their friendly and helpful demeanor.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring local attractions, making it easy to walk around and enjoy the sights. This was definitely a highlight of my stay, so I'd give the location a solid 9/10.
Dining

Dining was convenient with options nearby, although I didn't partake in any meals at the resort itself. It would have been nice to have a broader variety of dining options within the hotel. I'd rate this aspect a 6/10.
Facilities

The facilities included a spacious heated outdoor pool, which was a great spot for relaxation. However, I did notice some construction that partially blocked access during my visit. Overall, I'd rate the facilities a 7/10.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious, and I loved the balcony that offered lovely views. However, the decor felt dated and the room could really use some updates. The staff was generally pleasant and accommodating, yet there was a bit of a hiccup with the Wi-Fi connection, which was less than ideal. Overall, I found the experience peaceful and relaxing, which made my trip enjoyable.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious but felt outdated and in need of some upgrades. It had a balcony which added to the charm.
